Below, you can see the types of services the City offers, and the percentage of requests that are completed on time. Ultimately, these services should all achieve a 95% on-time completion percentage. Additional services will be added periodically as we achieve our goals, expand the Cityโs performance office, and as seasons change. For example, No Heat responses will be removed in the summer and Overgrowth will be added.
Inspectors have the ability to proactively submit complaints in the field with the use of department tablets. Below you can see the number of proactive submitted Trash & Debris and Overgrowth complaints, as well as what percentage of the total number of complaints were submitted proactively.
