The City’s goal is to maximize the number of survey responses with a score of 7 or above. Surveys with score below 7 are reviewed to identify issues and improve service delivery going forward.
The chart below is a breakdown of survey responses by rating. The two different colored bars show the percentage of responses by rating for the last 30 days, and for all survey responses since we began administering the survey. Looking at both timeframes allows us to gauge how we’ve performed historically, as well as how we’re performed recently.
